Новая жизнь принца Гарри и Меган Маркл

С 1 апреля 2020 года Меган Маркл и принц Гарри больше не являются членами королевской семьи. Они трогательно попрощались с нами в инстаграм и отправились строить свою жизнь в Америке.

As we can all feel, the world at this moment seems extraordinarily fragile. Yet we are confident that every human being has the potential and opportunity to make a difference—as seen now across the globe, in our families, our communities and those on the front line—together we can lift each other up to realise the fullness of that promise. What’s most important right now is the health and wellbeing of everyone across the globe and finding solutions for the many issues that have presented themselves as a result of this pandemic. As we all find the part we are to play in this global shift and changing of habits, we are focusing this new chapter to understand how we can best contribute. Однако, их история еще далеко не закончена. Сегодня в СМИ то и дело появляются новости о том, как знаменитая пара начинает свою новую жизнь вдали от родной, для принца Гарри, Англии. 

Первым делом, конечно, высказался Трамп о том, что не собирается оплачивать охрану бывшим королевским особам. Ведь, сложив с себя все обязательства, они лишились и привилегий, которые полагались им по статусу. Одна из них – круглосуточная охрана. Ранее этим вопросом занималась Елизавета II, однако сейчас она не в праве тратить государственные деньги это. После объявления о выходе из королевской семьи, западная пресса первым делом предположила, что личную охрану предоставит паре Дональд Трамп, который, в свою очередь, практически сразу опроверг такую информацию.

“Я большой друг и почитатель королевы и Соединенного Королевства. Сообщалось, что Гарри и Меган, покинувшие Королевство, будут постоянно проживать в Канаде. Теперь они уехали из Канады в США, но США не будут платить за их безопасность. Они сами должны платить!” – заявил Трамп в одном из интервью.

Интересно то, что принц Гарри и Меган Маркл теперь не только должны сами заботиться о своей безопасности, но и выплатить долг Елизавете II  за недавний ремонт в своем загородном коттедже суммой в 2,5 млн долларов. Однако, вчера Daily Mail выяснил, что этими расходами займется отец принца Гарри принц Чарльз, который недавно излечился от коронавируса. Но, как сообщает то же издательство, у принца Чарльза не так много денег, чтобы обеспечивать прежний уровень жизни Меган Маркл и принца Чарльза.

This afternoon, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the annual Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey on Commonwealth Day, alongside Her Majesty The Queen and Members of The Royal Family. The Commonwealth is a global network of 54 countries, working in collaboration towards shared economic, environmental, social and democratic goals, and the Service today seeks to highlight the vast community which spans every geographical region, religion and culture, embracing diversity amongst its population of 2.4 billion people, of which 60 percent are under 30 years old. As President and Vice-President of the @Queens_Commonwealth_Trust, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been passionate advocates of the Commonwealth having spent many years working closely with the next generation of Commonwealth leaders. The theme of the Commonwealth for 2020 is ‘Delivering A Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming', placing emphasis on youth, the environment, trade, governance, and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and innovation. From working to protect the earth's natural resources and preserving the planet for generations to come, to championing fair trade and empowering the youth of today to transform the communities of tomorrow, the Service celebrates the Commonwealth's continued commitment to delivering a peaceful, prosperous and more sustainable future for all. На прошлой неделе пара уже заселилась в свой новый дом в Лос-Анджелесе, рядом с которым живет мама Меган Маркл, которая скорее всего будет помогать в воспитании Арчи (сын Меган Макрл и Принца Гарри).

Переезд в Калифорнию был также обусловлен и желанием развиваться в своей профессии Меган Маркл. Благодаря этому, у нее уже появилась первая совместная работа в Disney, там герцогиня приняла участие в озвучке документального фильма Elephant, выход которого планируется 4 апреля.
